1. Check the connection fastening bolts and nuts of all parts regularly and tighten them in time.
2. Clean the equipment once a day after work.
3. Clean the electric control box and operation surface of the coated sand core machine. Shut the door tightly after non-maintenance or set time.
4. Clean up the contact surface of moving parts at any time at work. Such as guide sleeve, guide column everywhere.
5. Check whether there is air leakage phenomenon in each cylinder, gas path and valve of the coated sand core machine.
6. It is strictly prohibited for non-designated personnel to operate the equipment.
