1.  Bottom injection type casting machine

Because the iron outlet is located at the bottom of the bag, the slag removal ability is strong, and the casting scrap rate due to slag inclusion is reduced.

1.  Fan-shaped tilting pouring machine

This pouring machine is a fan-shaped ladle pouring machine specially matched with vertical lines. The pouring operation mode is the master-slave type, that is, the handle pouring method assisted by the automatic pouring procedure to maximize the working environment.

This casting machine is a non-insulation type left and right tilting casting machine. The cross section of the ladle is fan-shaped, and the molten iron outlet is at the center of the fan-shaped circle, that is, the center of rotation. The tilting angular velocity controlled by the servo motor moves according to the typical flow -time curve to achieve the best effect of simulating manual pouring. The quick-removable gate has slag blocking bricks (fixed when enameled), fully mechanical transmission and simple structure. The casting machine can move in two directions of XY, the moving vehicle moves in the X direction (the direction perpendicular to the molding line), and the moving vehicle moves in the Y direction (the direction parallel to the molding line), which are controlled by the variable frequency motor.
