浇注机的选用
水平分型有箱造型线的一般分为国产简单机械化造型线或进口自动造型线。国产简单机械化造型线的最大特点是:一般造型速度较慢,在每小时几十型,砂箱尺寸也不太大。这种造型线一般采用手工浇注或者机械化浇注机(例如茶壶包浇注机或扇形浇注机)就足够满足需要,这里我们就不再讨论。进口自动造型线或者某些国产气冲线的最大特点是:造型线速度较高,机构极为复杂,辅机较多,常常下芯任务繁重,造型线经常因为种种原因短时间停产。这种情况比较复杂,下面我们就根据不同的情况来简要分析一下:

This situation is rather complicated. Let's make a brief analysis based on different situations.

对于水平分型有箱造型线,一些工程师认为不能采用底注式浇注机,必须采用大型茶壶包浇注机。例如国内某著名柴油机厂,生产发动机机体和和缸盖这些大批大量生产的单一灰铁铸件,他们花费近千万引进大型茶壶包浇注机进行浇注。但是实际上在国际上其他国家,这是标准的最适合采用气压保温浇注炉的运用场合。众所周知这种大型造型线,往往由许多主机和辅机组成,并且往往有繁重的下芯任务,常常因为种种原因停产。采用非加热浇注机,即使我们暂时我们不考虑浇注机的可靠性的影响,仅仅浇注机内铁水的温度损失就非常大,一旦造型线由于种种原因短时间停产,常常导致浇注机由于包内铁水温度过低而无法浇注,必须将铁水送回电炉升温,这样不但影响浇注机和造型线生产率,还影响电炉的正常生产。而且一旦造型线回复生产,浇注机有可能还需要烫包、预热后才能使用,极大地影响生产率。

Once the molding line is stopped for a variety of reasons for a short time, it often causes the pouring machine to be poured back to the electric furnace because of the low temperature of the molten iron in the ladle. This will not only affect the productivity of the casting machine and molding line, but also affect the normal production of the electric furnace. And once the molding line is back to production, the casting machine may need to be blanching and preheated before it can be used, which greatly affects productivity.
