覆膜砂射芯机的热芯盒清理方法
1) 工作原理 以磨液泵和压缩空气为动力,通过喷枪将磨液高速喷射到模具表面,达到光饰铸造模具的目的。磨液是用对模具有保护作用的载液与一定粒度的磨料(白刚玉砂,玻璃丸等人造磨料)按一定配比混合而成,放置在机体下部的贮箱中。工作时磨液泵将贮箱中的磨液以一定压力和流量通过磨液管路输入喷枪。此时,还有一磨液旁路经装置在其中的搅拌喷嘴高速喷出,从而使贮箱中的磨料和载液搅拌均匀;另外压缩空气由外接气源经过(溢)减压阀、电磁阀进入喷枪。喷枪是直接执行液体喷吵工作的主要部件。它与磨液、压缩空气管路系统相连接,设置在机体上部密闭的工作舱内。喷射出的磨液对铸造模具表面冲击磨削后,从圆盘工作台流下,经网孔板返回贮箱,如此循环便完成了对铸造模具的喷射清洗。

Spray gun is the main component of direct liquid spraying. It is connected with the grinding fluid and compressed air pipeline system, and is arranged in the closed working cabin of the upper part of the body. After the injection of the grinding fluid to the casting mold surface impact grinding, from the disc worktable flow, through the mesh plate back to the tank, so the cycle completed the spray cleaning of the casting mold.
2) 清洗工艺 根据芯盒不同的工艺要求,有两种工作方式可供选择:①不加压缩空气,只靠磨液泵供给磨液,通过喷嘴加速射向被清洗铸造模具。适用于定期对芯盒进行一般性清洗保养。②磨液系统和压缩空气系统同时启动,向喷枪同时提供磨液和压缩空气,使其在喷枪内混合后,经喷嘴向铸造模具表面高速喷射气、磨液流。由于有气、泵兼施的工作方式,使得喷出的气、磨液流具有更大压力,被载液包裹着的磨液质点动能加大,有效提高了芯盒的清洗能力(主要适用于芯盒表面树脂结垢的清洗)。

3) 生产效率和经济效益比较 ①使用液体喷砂机和玻璃丸清洗芯盒的工艺基本上能够将芯盒表面较厚的树脂结垢清理干净,但对于较长时间没有清洗积垢很厚的沟槽处,却难于清除干净。
