覆膜砂射芯机的芯盒中垢物的形成机理,主要是由于芯砂表面的树脂在射砂过程中受到射砂气流的冲击,部分树脂破裂,少量的树脂被挤压粘附于芯盒表面,日积月累逐渐在芯盒表面形成一层坚硬、致密的硬化树脂垢。因此,射砂压力过大,树脂质量差,芯砂中树脂加入量过高,脱模剂与所用树脂不匹配;芯盒表面粗糙都将促使芯盒结垢。

Therefore, the pressure of sand shooting is too large, the quality of the resin is poor, the resin in the core is too high, the release agent is not matched with the resin used, and the surface roughness of the core box will cause the core box to scale.
