垂直线分型射芯机是采用覆膜砂制芯，适用于热芯盒。射芯机的特点是应用两根导柱，开合模垂直分型，同时安装两副不同的模具，中间固定架可以双面安装定模，左右开合模(相当于双模架)。垂直线分型射芯机广泛应用于铸造行业中，用垂直线分型射芯机制造的型芯尺寸精确，表面光洁。垂直线分型射芯机工作原理是将以液态或固态热固性树脂为粘结剂的芯砂混合料射入加热后的芯盒内，砂芯在芯盒内预热很快硬化到一定厚度(约为5～10 mm) 将之取出，形成表面光滑、尺寸精确的优质砂芯成品。垂直线分型射芯机的特点如下：

The vertical line parting core machine is made of coated sand core, which is suitable for hot box. The core machine is characterized by the application of two guide columns, the opening and closing die vertical typing, and the simultaneous installation of two different moulds. The middle fixer can be fixed on both sides and the die is left and right (equivalent to a double die frame). Vertical line parting core shooting machine is widely used in foundry industry. The vertical core parting core machine has precise core size and smooth surface. The working principle of the vertical line type core ejection machine is that the core sand mixture with liquid or solid thermosetting resin as the binder is injected into the core box after heating. The preheating of the core in the core box is quickly hardened to a certain thickness (about 5~10 mm) to be removed to form a smooth and accurate quality sand core product. The characteristics of the vertical line type core ejection machine are as follows:

1、合模均衡、正确，射砂后的固化历程中连结夹紧状态，砂芯精度高。

2、射头前后移动、主动加砂、不需水冷。
