铸造中制芯设备射芯机的选用原则
机械化、自动化生产形式机械化、自动化生产的铸造厂一般需要大量的砂芯,要求制芯设备生产率高、占地面积小,运输量小,并且容易组织机械化、自动化生产以满足铸造生产的需要。因此,可选择如下两种硬化工艺的制芯设备。

芯盒内加热硬化制芯设备芯盒内加热硬化制芯设备主要有热芯盒射芯机、壳芯盒机及多用途制芯机。这些制芯设备采用电或煤气对金属芯盒内的砂芯加热硬化成形。制出的砂芯强度高、表面光洁、尺寸精度高,一般不必采用芯骨,溃散性好。同时,单台设备结构紧凑,占地面积小,生产率高,运输方便。

尽管芯盒内加热硬化制芯设备能耗较高,但由于具有上述优点,而且电和煤气等能源容易获得,因而得到许多铸造厂广泛使用。
