射芯机的操作方法
Operation method of core shooting machine
一、在覆膜砂射芯机运转之前
1. Before the operation of coated sand core machine.
1、清除妨碍射芯机设备正常运转的障碍物。
1, remove obstacles that interfere with the normal operation of the core equipment.
2、按润滑卡规定，对设备进行润滑。
2. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication card.
3、检查射芯机设备关键部位的紧固件是否紧固，如有松动，必须紧固好。
3, check whether the fasteners of the key parts of the core equipment are tight. If there is any loosening, they must be fastened.
4、检查全部伐门手柄是否都在静止位置上。
4. Check whether all door handles are at rest.
5、拧开压缩空气总伐，对射芯机设备进行空载试车。在这个过程中，要检查机构的动作是否正常， 检查各个伐门的管路是否漏气。

二、在操作覆膜砂射芯机的过程中

1、射芯机开动以后，操作人员不得擅离工作岗位，应集中思想，按工艺程序，认真进行操作，但不许同时操作两个伐门。
1. After the core-shooting machine starts, the operator must not leave his post without permission. He should concentrate his mind and operate it conscientiously according to the technological procedure, but he must not operate two valves at the same time.

2、经常注意射芯机的运转情况，发有润滑不良、或紧固件松动、或零件损坏、或管路漏流、以及其它异象，应立即停机处理，必要时通知维修人员修理。
2. Always pay attention to the operation of the core-shooting machine. If there is bad lubrication, loose fasteners, damaged parts, leakage of pipelines, and other anomalies, the machine should be stopped immediately and repaired if necessary.

3、在生产过程中，若发现射芯机震击无力、或压实无力、或翻传无力、或夹紧无力、应通知维修人员检查修理。
3. In the course of production, if it is found that the ejector is weak in shock, compaction, or flip, or clamping, the maintenance personnel should be notified to check and repair.

4、经常保持震击活塞在润滑状态下工作，定期吹去活塞上的砂子，然后喷上润滑油。
4. Always keep the shock piston working under lubrication. Blow the sand off the piston regularly and then spray the lubricating oil.

5、吊砂箱时，不许砂箱碰撞模型或伐门手柄，以免损坏模型，或产生误动作。
5. When hanging the sand box, do not allow the sand box to collide with the model or the handle of the cutting door, so as to avoid damaging the model or causing misoperation.

6、在生产过程中，经常清除射芯机上及其周围的积砂，防止砂子进入气缸。

7、如射芯机发生事故，应立即停止设备运转，保持现场，报告有关部门检查、分析。
