根据铸件的结构、尺寸大小、材质、重量等进行工艺分析。需特别指出的是,铸件在分型面上凹坑太深,吊砂部分型腔的紧实度不高;或模样太高,其背面型腔的紧实度同样也不高,会在浇注时极易产生砂眼等铸造缺陷。因为现在多数水平分型脱箱造型线采用垂直向下射砂的加砂模式,大动力液压挤压、压实,水平方向起模。这种模式决定了上述问题很难避免。当铸件水平分型凸凹落差较大时,若采用水平侧面射砂时,受模具凸起部分的阻力,会使射砂背面的型砂硬度不够,导致掉砂或铸型不完整。设计人员在设计模具时要设计出射砂通道,确保型砂硬度一致。具体依据铸件的结构、外形尺寸、落差大小选用造型线。落差太大,砂胎凸起太高或凹入太深时不宜采用侧面射砂。

When the horizontal profile of the casting is large, when the horizontal side is used, the resistance of the protruding part of the mold will not be enough, which causes the sand or the mold to be incomplete. When designing the mold, the designer should design sand shooting passages to ensure that the hardness of the molding sand is the same. The molding line is selected according to the structure, size and size of the casting. When the drop is too large, the sand blasting is too high or the concave is too deep.

根据生产任务要求确定生产纲领后,对铸造生产任务进行工艺分析是设备选型时的一个重要环节。确定一个具有代表性的铸件对其进行详细的工艺分析。例如:每型设置铸件的数量、使用砂芯的种类及数量,然后根据工艺分析确定所选用的水平分型脱箱造型线的下工位数量及效率。一般情况下,水平分型脱箱造型线有单工位、双工位、四工位供选用。设计效率80~180型/h。一方面可避免因选择的生产线效率低而造成生产能力不足,另一方面也要避免因选择的生产线效率过高而使生产线的整个运行成本增加。
