１．造型线主要参数
1. Main parameters of molding line
（1）造型机 型号：ACE—5型；造型方式：上下型交替造型方式、气流加沙和复合压实；压实压力：Max. 98N/cm2；气流压力：10～20 N/cm2。
(1) Model of molding machine: ace-5; Modeling method: up and down alternating modeling method, air flow Gaza and composite compaction; Compaction pressure: max 98N/cm2； Gas flow pressure: 10 ~ 20 N / cm2.
（2）模型更换方式 全自动，驱动辊方式；更换时间：循环内。

（3）砂箱尺寸 箱内尺寸：1000mm×800mm×300mm（长、宽、高）；箱外尺寸：1250mm×1100mm；合箱方式：销、套配合。
